Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE: These garments are made to order, this is so we can offer all sizes and colours. When an order is placed, the garment details (colour/ Size) will be sent to our supplier within 24 hours of order confirmation. Then the garment will be placed into a queue ready for embroidery. Once embroided, it will be packaged and shipped. Our supplier offers very high quality garments and embroidery and because of this, they are always busy. So please keep this in mind with regards to processing and shipping times.
Your order is not picked from a shelf and is made to order. We only offer high quality products and for this, the order takes a little longer, so please be patient.
Shipping is calculated by weight of each individual product and is based on the standard Post Office shipping rates for package weights. Please allow time for shipping especially overseas as there may be delays with customs etc. Please also allow time with regards to postal strikes. Currently we are quoting up to 3 weeks for delivery on items, this may be longer depending on location (overseas).
We do not provide a refund for wrongly entered shipping information. If the address entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with all details of the order, the incorrect address and the amended address. If the order is at a stage where it has not yet been shipped, then we can manually amend the shipping address. If the order has already been sent, we cannot chance nor can we offer a refund. Please check all shipping details entered and ensure they are correct before proceeding with your order.
- Shipment processing times: processing times are usually completed within 24 hours of order placement. Shipping times will differ slightly.
- Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, this is based upon weight of package and location it is to be sent to. Standard Post Office rates have been used for shipping worldwide.
- Delivery time: Please allow between 2 & 4 weeks for delivery depending on shipping address
- Tracking orders: Once your order have been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
- Damaged or lost items: If the package you receive is damaged, please take a photo prior to opening the parcel in case the garment is damaged. If the garment inside is damaged, please take a photo of the damage and send both over to the return email for us to take a look at. We will then advise from there. Note: We do not accept responsibility for accidental damage from opening the parcel, please open all parcels with care. If you do not receive your parcel within 5 weeks of order confirmation, please contact the return email for us to advise.
- Customs and import taxes: YCR Store only supplied garments and quotes Post Office delivery prices. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are NOT covered by YCR Store nor are they included in the price at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying the feed incurred. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as we are unable to calculate these for you.
